AsOne.Earth (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates Lunar Sanctuary, an online astrology reading service available at app.asone.earth. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your information.

1. Information we collect

To provide your readings and run your account we collect:

• Account details: your email address and your name.
• Birth details for chart calculation: date of birth, time of birth (optional), place of birth, and the resulting latitude, longitude, and timezone.
• Reading history: the readings we generate for you, including the chart positions and AI-written interpretations.
• Payment information (paid plan only): handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number. We retain your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
• Technical data: a session cookie set after you sign in, plus standard server logs (IP, user-agent, request time) for security and abuse prevention.

2. How we use your information

• To calculate your birth chart and generate your readings.
• To send you the magic-link sign-in email and, if you opt in, gentle moon-phase notes.
• To process your subscription, renewals, and any cancellations.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
• To respond to support requests.

We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising trackers.

3. Service providers we share data with

We rely on a small number of trusted processors. Each receives only the minimum data needed to do their job.

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
• Resend — sending magic-link sign-in emails and account notifications.
• Anthropic (via Emergent) — the AI model that writes your reading. We send your name, birth chart positions, and the system prompt; we do not send your email or payment data.
• TimezoneDB — resolving your place of birth into a timezone for chart calculation.
• MongoDB Atlas — encrypted storage of the data above.

4. Cookies

We use one functional cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Removing the cookie will sign you out.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and reading history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except records we are required to keep (for example, payment records that Stripe retains for tax and audit purposes).

6. Your rights

You can:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete your data.
• Withdraw consent for moon-phase emails at any time.
• Cancel your subscription from your Account page.

7. Security

Your data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on encrypted infrastructure. Authentication uses time-limited magic links rather than passwords. No system is perfectly secure; please use a unique email password and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

8. Children

Lunar Sanctuary is intended for adults aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has signed up, please contact us and we will remove the account.

9. International transfers

Our processors may store and process your data in the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are protected by the standard contractual clauses approved by the relevant authorities.

10. Changes to this policy

We will update this page if our practices change. Material changes will be communicated by email to your account address before they take effect.
