These Terms govern your use of Lunar Sanctuary (the “Service”) operated by AsOne.Earth (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Lunar Sanctuary calculates a True Sky 13-sign astrological birth chart from the details you provide and generates personalised written readings. Readings are produced with the help of an AI language model and are intended for self-reflection only. They are not medical advice, psychological diagnosis, financial advice, or legal advice.

2. Your account

Sign-in is by magic link sent to your email. Keep your email account secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account. Notify us at lisa@asone.earth if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Plans, billing, and cancellation

• The Free plan permits one reading every seven days.
• The Paid plan is $15.99 per month, billed monthly by Stripe, and includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Your card is not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends you will not be billed.
• The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your Account page or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then.
• We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months. If you believe a charge is in error, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any other person.
• Submit birth details for another person without their consent.
• Attempt to extract, scrape, or resell readings or community content.
• Probe, scan, or interfere with the Service’s security or integrity.
• Use the Service to break any law that applies to you.

5. Intellectual property

The Service’s design, copy, code, and underlying methodology are owned by AsOne.Earth. Your readings are generated for your personal, non-commercial use; you may save and share them privately. Any community content you post belongs to you, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it within the Service.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. Astrological readings are interpretive and for reflection only. We do not warrant that any reading is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, and AI outputs may occasionally contain errors.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently. You may close your account at any time by emailing us; closure cancels any active subscription at the end of the current period.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of England and Wales, except that you may bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence if mandatory consumer law requires it.
